What king of gay qusetion is that. Girls are needed in schools. Coed schools teach students how to socialize with other people of the opposit sex. I left for the 2-5A regional track meet today so i was absent during this class period. I do not play any instruments, but i have always wanted to learn to play the guitar. I think that the guitar is verry cool, and i use to play it in the 6th grade. I could not give a crap for the dallas police force right now. At the moment i am very disapointed with them. I just recieved a speeding ticket for going 10 miles per hour above the speed limit ina a school zone with only ten minutes left for the school zone period. I feel like they did not put the community in benefit by making me pay money for a stupid ticket. While i was getting that ticket someone else could have been getting murdered. A couple of years ago a kid from Bishop Lynch thought it would be cool to do a prank on our school. He then decided that it would be funny to put marijuana in muffins and then give them to our teachers at lake highlands. He was not funny, and he ended up seriously hurting our teachers. We should celebrate moms day because my mother holds up our household. I love my mom and i know i am not the only ones. It is good for moms to feel apreciated for what they do so that it will be easier for them to get through the neext year knowing that they are apreciated. My mom does a lot around my house, and i do not know what would happen if she stopped doing what she does best, being a good mother. My mom deserves respect and that is why she is extra loved on this day. A lot of people own dogs in America. They are even considered to be "mans best friend." This means that they are loyal. People like things that obey them that is probably why they like dogs because they are so loyal. Cats on the other hand do what they want, therefor they are impossible to control. I own a dog. I have a Black Labradore, and his name is Hondo. I love my dog because he was so trainable that we coached him to be a hunting dog. This made it a lot more fun to build a relationship with him. I am the first person at lake highlands highschoolto go to regionals for discuss since Marshall Newhouse didc in 2006. This is my first time since being in high school to make it past the district round. the top three at district qualify for regionals. i got seventh at district, but four peopl in my district failed leaving me the last representative of our 9-5A district. This is good in a way this shows how district cares more about students grades than just their athletic ability.

If i feel the need to protect the earth and its resources i would recycle my trash (which i do anyways). I could also build a solar pannel that uses the sun for energy. I could also go buy a hybrid so that i can be more gas efficient. This is so hard to write half a page. I cant do any of these things because i do not have he money. The only animals that are wild ing the Lakehighlands area are stray domestic animals, and squirrels. The only things u can do for stray domestic animals is to send them to an adoption agency or u can take them in to your household. The problem with squirrels is that they are always seen dead on the streets. The best way to prevent this from happening is to ether make squirrels domestic animals or u can make drivers more aware about their deaths, and ask them to stop. I have two siblings, and they are both female. I do not realy hang out with them that often because we do not have that much in common. The only thing that we do is have fun with family and friends in our pool. so in a way the pool is an activity that we can share. Traveling in space. What is out there? It all is questionable to what is out there. it is a total mystery for me. I would say that space travel does interest me, but it also scares me. I once again do not agree with this Learning log prompt. This is verry verry boring for me. i cannt think of a word that is not a word that is still comonly used. I guess i would have to say add the word "Funnier". People always uses this word incorectly simply because it is not a word. The correct way to say this is "more fun". The only reason why i would add this word to the dictionary would be because everyone thinks that the word could be used both ways. This will ease the confusion because people will be able to use both ways.

As a student i think i am better than Thomas Jefferson, simply because it does not take me fifteen hours to study for one class. I will give him credit though because i know that i do not have the attention span that he has. I would go crazy if i had to study for fifteen hours for just one class. To be fair i do not know the grades that Thomas actually made in school, but He will never know the grades that i make so therefor this ends as a mystery.

I think that making the first map was the hardest thing for anyone to do. They would have to create an accurate amount of data before they could finish. I think that in order to make the first world map geologist had to make several small maps and then put them to scal to make one huge giant world map. This would be verry difficult to do in the early ages. Now with our technology we are able to calculate accurate maps much easier. Like i said this was a very difficult task, and i would not want to make one today.

Out of all the planets in the universe i would want to visit Earth. There is still a lot of Earth i have not seen. If i can not imagine what is sitting right in front of me then i could not endoor a trip to another planet. This planet satisfies me enough, and who knows what is on our neighboring planets. I also have a fear of lack of oxygen. I do not think that we can guarantee enough oxygen for me to fell comfortable to go to annother planet.

I again do not see how this learning log applies to me, because the only time i do house work that takes up more than an hour is when i mow the lawn for my dad on saturday mornings. So my day would not be effected as much as people would think. On saturdays the only thing that would change if i did not have housework would be that i would be able to sleep in late on saturday morning. Our trash would also build up in our house. Other thaan those situations i can not think of anything that would change in my life if i had a no housework day.

I think Susan B. Anthoney was an amazing women. She knew what she was talking about. She knew the importence of having womens rights during the mid 1800's. With womens rights they would be able to have higher paying jobs. The women would have to get jobs during this time because the men were about to go off and fight a civil war. My two favorite fairy tales are Beuty and the beast, and the Little mermaid. I would combine these two movies by making all the characters from beuty and the Beast into sea creatures. And i would mix the stories by saying that the beast is the little mermaid wanting to be human. And Ariel would be the evil octopus, and she would try to kill the beast. The beast will eventually change into a human, but then he realizes being a beast is way cooler than being a human.

I will be the first to say that i think that this day is retarded. I never have a day to were i just goof off. I am serious most of the time. There is so much going on in my life that i have time to give an intire day recognition for goofing off. There are days however when i feel like having fun. Most of the time i use a pen so my pencil would obviously feel bored all of the time. But on days i do use my pencil it probably feels like a dog that hasnt been walked in a long time. Simply because i hate pencils. I only use them for math purposes. When i do use a penil it is verry adventurous because i can go back on its mistakes, unlike a pen. I think that i would be considered Trustworthy. People that are trustworthy have a lot of friends, and the only way people have that many friends is if they can trust that person. I feel that when a women has a husband with a steady income, then it is acurate for them to consider being a house wife as a full time job. I consider something a full time job when it occurs everyday of the week and takes up about a certain amount of hours per day. Being a full time stay-at-home mom takes 24-7. I would even consider it more than just a full time job. If there is not a steady income then there shouldnt be anyone in the house; they would all need to make money so that they can work at home in the future.

If i were to make a childrens television show it would strickly educational, because at a young age kids like to learn. This means that a lotof children will watch my t.v. show aand making me millions of dollars. I would make the title apealing to kids; something such as, "The Smart Kid Show', so that the fids will think they are smart for watching the show even if they are not as smart as the average person. The information in the show will be material from basic elementary school subjects, such as Math, Literature, Science, and History. This way the show will at least be benificial for the students, and parents wouldnt mind if their kids watched the show. You know you are doing something right when the parents are on your side.

It gave a good senario for her situation. The only question i have is, Did Ann want her diary to be published? If i were in her situation i wouldnt want anyone to know my personal thoughts. The publication though it made her famous. If she wanted to be famous from her events during world war II then i am all for the publication of her diary. I think that it is important that settlers learned how to grow plants such as apples because it was the most dependable source of food. Whenever they would go hunting they did not set up specified hunting seasons so they kept on hunting until they wiped the species completley of the face of the earth. When they would run out of animals to hunt they would need some sort of food that would allways be there so they wouldnt have to follow the migration of herds. Without the apple trees the early settlers would have starved to death, and in doing do making our existance questionable.

Today and along with every tuesday and thursday i go to elementary schools to help mentor kids that need it. At my school when there is a conflict between two people i volunteer to help reserve their conflict. My uncle was living at my grandmothers house for the last couple of months; then he decided to move back to Kentucky to restart his life. I then mad a conscience decision and helped him pack heavy items on his moving truck. the other day i helped my sister with her homework. Last night i made my family dinner. Last we my dad had a lot of employees quit their jobs, so i volunteered at his office.

If i were to pick any destination in the world to explore, i would have to choose Australia. There are so many wonders in this continent. The outback is such a mystery; no one knows all of the dangerous animals that exist there. Many other places have allready been explored, and because the outback is such a mystery it gives a thrill to the hole experience. I could be the first to discover something new in the outback, and in doing so my name will be known. Australia gives me more opportunities to explore something new than any other place that is relevent.

I think this is a ridiculous Learning log topic, and i do not know how i will make the length requirement. That is why i wrote two meaningless sentences such as this one. My favorite Sauce would have to be hickory smoked barbecue sauce because i love barbecue. My family cooks barbecue all of the time, so i get to eat this sauce the most. Should scientists be able to create new species of plants? I think not. I believe that God is the creator of everything, and these people are taking credit for creating these plants. The only way that i will accept this THEORY is if God purposely created the plants through these scientists. If this is the case then i will accept this thought that scientist "helped" move along the creation of these plants. Also with that thought i would allow scientists to "create" these plants. The way they are making the plants are also suspicious. I think that plants should be created naturally through nature.

I can not imagine how our telephones will be twenty years from now because i think that our phones are incredible as they are, and i dont think that twenty years will make a big difference because we have developed technology to a new high. Technology can only grow so much. Even though i do not think that the telephone will develop anymore than it all ready has it does not mean that it will not change. I would put almost all of my money on the thought that Graham Bell expected the telephone to adapt over time, but even he couldnt imagine the phones that we have today. The origonal phone that he invented however had sixty two years to get to where our telephone is today.

These days learning to read determines how far you get in life. I would tell that little child that if they want to succeed at life they would have to learn how to read. In order to move on to the next grade you have to pass an exit level exam for reading. Even when you are graduating high school you have to take a SAT test, which includes a reading portion. You dont have to know how to read just for tests, but also so you cann learn how to talk and communicate with others. The way people talk is the way they are precieved on an intelligent level.

Over the summer i invited a group of my friends to visit my lake. We didnt know what we would do that weekend. Someone then suggested that we start our own game of survivor. So we then built some challenges, and then we gave up spending the night in the cabin for a night in two tents. It was very foolish of us because we thought that it would be easy, but it was very difficult. We were very hungry, and we ended up staying up all night because it was too hot to go to sleep at night. I didnt even win the game, but it was still a great weekend at the lake.

Back in the sixties the enternet was unheard of. People had to send letters in order to communicate long distance. If i were to be born in this sixties and live a life without emails i would be lost. Without email I would not even be able to write this blog to do my homework. I live my life based on communication through the enternet, and i cannot imagine living my life without it. At my young age i am in various clubs and organations. One of my most proudest organization would be the schools peer mediators. I learned how to deal with peoples feelings in this organization, and i use these skills daily. Almost everyday there is a conflict at school where students get into an argument with each other, and me and a fellow member discuss their feelings toward eachother. hopefully by doing this we will resolve their conflict. I am also a member on the Track team. the coaches on the team help me learn how to throw the shot put.

Being the first president of the United States of America would be awsome. I would be able to set the bar. Because there has never been a president before i could set the bar. Everyone that is president after i am done will more than likley follow in my footsteps, and have the same charateristics as me depending on how well i do. If able to tame any animal i would want a big ginormous dinosaur. I all ways appreciated dinosaurs when i was little, and i all ways dreamed how cool it would be to tame one. I am a big fan of Steven Spielberg's, Jurassic Park. The dinosaurs in this movie were amazing fascinating animals. If able to choose which type of dinosaur i would choose i would choose the tyrannosaurus Rex. That way if anyone got mad at me i would be able to take care of them...if you get what i mean, and none would be able to stop it. The dinosaur would even be able to give me rides, so it would save me gas money.

To be the first person to go around the earth would be exilerating. It would be frightening. The mixture of excitment and fear would make it the best experience. Knowing that if i succeed people years from then would write learning logs about my adventure. How awsome would that be? It is probablly the best feeling. If i were to make a childrens television show it would strickly educational, because at a young age kids like to learn. This means that a lot of children will watch my t.v. show aand making me millions of dollars. I would make the title apealing to kids; something such as, "The Smart Kid Show', so that the fids will think they are smart for watching the show even if they are not as smart as the average person. The information in the show will be material from basic elementary school subjects, such as Math, Literature, Science, and History. This way the show will at least be benificial for the students, and parents wouldnt mind if their kids watched the show. You know you are doing something right when the parents are on your side.

I always enjoyed Pluto being the ninth planet in our solar system. It was none for being one of the smallest planets in our solar system, but that is what brought the attention to the question of Pluto being an actual planet. When i first heard that scientist did not consider Pluto to be a planet anymore i was outraged, but then i found out that if we considered Pluto to be a planet then we would have discovered hundreds of more planets. Thats not a major problem until i realized the nine planets was hard enough o memorized, so then i was ok with Pluto not being a planet in our solar system.

My favorite ammusement park would have to be Six Flags Over Texas. I like this park because it has everything. It has rides that people can enjoy if they dont like big scarry rides. It even has attractions that everyone can enjoy. Another reason why i like Six Flags Over Texas because it is close, conveniant, and i go there all of the time. My favorite ride at Six Flags Over Texas would have to be The Titan. This is the biggest roller coaster that the park has. The ride is exciting, terrifying, and scarry all at the same time. I like all roller coasters, and i have ridden all of the rides at the park, but i still think that the Titan is my favorite.

I have been to that circus before, and it seemed to be directed mostly to little kids. Besides the fact that it is a kids attractioin, i also would not want to be in the circus because i know i could do better. If i were to have to have a job with this circus i would want to own it. This way i will make more money, and feel better with my accomplishments. The good side of owning it is that it is a kids attraction, and kids have to bring addults, so that means for every two childs tickets i would also recieve a more expensive adult tickets. That concludes what i would do if i worked in the circus.

If i were to change my name i would change it to Scotty Howell. I know that is what everyone calls me so it is not really a change, but in a way it is because my real name is James. Don't kid me wrong, i like being a Jr. But i would much prefer to be known for my real name. It is also annoying to always have to correct people whe they say my name correctly but it is not the name i go by. That is why i would want to change my official name to the name that i go by. So in a since i do not want to change my name i just want to make it to where everyone calls me by the name i go by, Scotty.

I will most likely be remembered for what i do once i get my degree after college. Then i want to be remembered for being a great helper to society by mediating others. The biggest goal that i can reach for in order to be remembered right now would be to succeed at discuss. This is a sport that i enjoy and have a chance to do decent. I'm not saying that i can win state, but i could go far in the district and regional rounds. But how long would i be remembered for not winning that 1st place trophy? Not long at all. That is why it is a safe bet that i will be remembered for what i do once i graduate from college, and begin my adult life. Therefor there is no telling what i will be remembered for.

The best invention in my opinion would have to be the mp3 player, or better yet the invention of the ipod. With the ipod people are able to listen to their music without having all of their Cd's accessible. This is a good invention for the inventor because almost everyone listens to music. This however does not benefit musicians because people get their songs illegally, and people no longer have to buy Cd's. The inventor of the ipod also modified it so that once everyone had an original ipod then they would want to be able to listen to it everywhere. They then made it to where you could listen to ipods on stereo speakers, and now people listen to their ipods in the car.

Personally i think the scariest thing to happen to a child is getting lost. Unfortunatley that is what happened to me when i was only nine years old. I was scared that i would never find my family. That is a perfect story that i would be able to use in a fictional story. Most fictional stories attract young children. This is important because children could learn from my mistake. I can also over exagerate my story in order to make it verry fictional. I would be able to create an entire fictional world where people could relate to my childhood.

If i were to make a candy bar i would make it similar to a famous candy bar that everyone would like for a cheaper price. That is why it would be smart to make an off-brand candy that everyone will like, and afford. Since my favorite candy is Reese's i would make an off-brand copy. I would Name it Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars so that people can recognize the reference to the Reese's candy bar. This way i will sell a lot of candy, and it would not cost as much because off-brands are not as high standers as the original candy. The main difference from Reese's and my candy bar is the appearance. My Candy bar will actually resemble a candy bar, and not be peanut butter cups.

Let me start of by agreeing that Rosa Parks was very brave for what she did, and i could not feel confident that i in return would have done the same. My reasons for not doing what Rosa Parks did would be because black people were not considered equal citizens. Therefor it would be a good bet that if i went through with the risk i would probably get arrested or fined (which is what happened to Rosa). I would not want this to happen, so i would probably not stand up for myself at that time. The reasons for doing it would only matter if i was OK to suffer with the consequences. Rosa did what she did to prove to everyone the importance of not taking cruel punishments because of who she is.

If i were to recommend for someone to ether read a book or watch the movie first i would recommend watching the movie before reading the book. Most people say that the book is always better than the movie; with that theory if you watch the movie first you wont be disappointed with it. Then when you read the book you will get extra beneficial moments to the story. Personally i watched "The Lord of The Rings" before i read it, and in doing so i did not disappoint myself. I'm a visual person, and i do not often read books' however i do think this story is very good. So it was actually enjoyable for me to read. Because i like the story so much i enjoy watching it over and over again. I preferably watch the movie because it does not take up as much of my time, and it gets a big enough just of the story.

When Phill does not see his shaddow it means that there will be spring. Because of some of the choices that us Americans have chose we are stuck with a world that is falling apart. With polution growing, the chances of Global warmings existence grows larger. This makes me wonder if we will have the same winters that we have had in the past. That is why i think Phill will not see his shaddow, because i believe that winter will become more scarce until it does not exist anymore. I predict that Phill will come to a time to where he will never see his shaddow, and he can thank the rest of the world for it.

How would it feel to be the first man to fly across the Atlantic? I can only imagine what it would be like. The excitment of succeding would feel incredible. The doubt of succeding, however would create a difficult turmoil. I woulld have risked my life to have the same opportunity that Lindbergh had to be remembered long after he was gone. The risk that he took was probably worth it because he was so succesful, but if he failed and died then he probably would not be well known today. Thats how most things in life work. You have to take some risks in order to gain the prize.

I dont nomually have fun doing puzzles, but for the sake of National Puzzle day i guess my favorit puzzle would be the word puzzle. I am very fast when it comes to word searches. The only time i am good at crosswords is when it is over something that i am learning. The crossword puzzles always seem too random in the newspaper. They are so random that i can not concentrate on them. I always have to look at the answers that are upside down in the newspaper. Jigsaw puzzles can also be fun if the are not 100 pieces long.

To be honest i did not read this story but i have seen the famous disney movie. My favorite charachters in this novel are the two charachters that are obssesed over drinking tea. The only reason why i like these too charachters is because they bring a good since of humor to the story. I did not like the story because it was too fictional for me. It seemed too unreal. I would probably never read the book if it had anything to do with the movie. I was very disapointed with the movie, so it was hard for me to find a character that i liked.

I think that freedom is something that is necesary to have in order to live a joyful life. With freedom we are able to live the lives that we want. Freedom is what we, Americans, recieved for the bravery of the men that fought in the revolutionary war. So in a sence freedom is not given, but it is earned. Once that freedom is earned it is a eratic feeling. Freedom only works with boundaries. otherwise bad people would perposley hurt people. The world would be in complete kayas. In a sence we dont have complete freedom but we do have loose rules, called amendments.

To be a great athlete it takes dedication, time, and talent. They have to be dedicated so that they would go to practice and strive to be the best at what they do. If an athlete does not go to all recomended practices then they will never be any good. It takes time to be a good athlete. People are not born great athletes they have to earn that characteristics. Even though an athlete is not born an athlete, but they are born with the talents that help them be able to grow and prosper into athletes. Being a great athlete is a very difficult thing to acomplish. That is why athletes are paid so much to do what they do; because not many people do it, and they have worked so hard over the years to be who they are.

If i were to invent my own popcorn flavor it would have to something that i would never get tired or something that has never been invented. That is why i would invent a chocolate peanut butter flavor popcorn. I believe that it has never been invented. My favorite candy is Reese's peanut buttercups. Whenever i go see a movie i think of candy and popcorn, so why not combine the two in one. Chocolate peanut butter would give the popcorn a sweet flavor that would never stop satisfying my tasteful needs. i also would invent this flavor because i would want to bring this phenomenon to everyone who would want something new and creative to the popcorn

If I was one of the first immigrants to come to America, i would feel exstatic for the freedom that awaits me. I think that the first immigrants felt joy for having the freedoms that we have today, but they also might feel hesitant to being new to America because of the ignorance of the average Americans back then. The immigrants probably hoped to be treated as equal as an average American, but they probably did not consider the low wages and segregation that would take place. They probably hoped for good jobs, but in return they worked unskilled labor jobs, and were hardly paid. Most fears would be that they would be segregated against, or not have the free life that they dreamed of before the came to America.

If I were to be president for a day I would do my best to ban same-sex marriages. I believe that marriage is something that should be a symbol of love between a man and a women. Not only do I think it is morally wrong but it is also disgusting. Also another objective of mine while being president would be to make abortions illegal where ever it is possible. I consider fetuses to be alive human beings, so by having an abortion to me is like murdering a child. There are other ways of dealing with unplanned pregnancies such as, adoption. Also if I were to be president I would not spread the wealth. Even if everyone approved i think it would be morally wrong for me to take money from someone without having any way to pay them back. I would also try to reduce every one's credit limit so that we could avoid the economic crisis that we are in today.
